FoilMarket is a marketplace that connects buyers with verified European sellers. Every order is paid through Stripe and protected by FoilMarket Buyer Protection. If something is wrong with your order, you are covered — read on for exactly what's included and how to request a refund or return.

FoilMarket hosts both private and commercial sellers, and your statutory return rights depend on which you buy from. Each listing indicates the seller type.

How to request a return or refund

  1. Contact the seller via Messages — most issues are resolved with a quick conversation.
  2. Open a dispute — if you can't resolve it directly, email disputes@foilmarket.eu with your username, the listing ID, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. Open within 14 days of delivery for "not as described" claims.
  3. Mediation — our team reviews the case within 48 hours and proposes a resolution, requesting more information from either party if needed.
  4. Resolution — possible outcomes are a full refund, a partial refund, a return & refund, or the case being dismissed. Both parties are notified of the decision.
