How a tracked trade works

1. Offer — propose a card-for-card trade, with cash on either side if needed.
2. Accept — the other collector accepts the offer.
3. Ship — both sides ship with tracking.
4. Confirm — both sides confirm delivery.
5. Rate — both sides rate the trade, building portable trade reputation.
